2 lbs. fully cooked
pork sausage
1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking/biscuit mix
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (4 cups shredded)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375
F. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form 1" balls and
bake 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Makes about 6 dozen.
Sausage Cheese Balls can be frozen uncooked.
