9" graham cracker
crust
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. orange juice
Place ice cream in
a large bowl, cut it up and allow it to soften. Mix pumpkin with
the other ingredients using an electric mixer. Add to the softened
ice cream and mix well. Heap into cooled graham cracker crust.
Freeze. Garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped cream. Serves
