Becoming
a Yoga Instructor is a great way to stay physically fit while
helping others to relax their mind, body, and spirit. Yoga has
been around for centuries, however it's gained mass appeal in
the Western world since the 1970s.
Being a
Yoga Instructor requires that you have a vast knowledge of the
Art of Yoga and you must be physically fit. You can either work
part time at a gym by teaching classes or you can have people
in your home for your own classes. Some Yoga Instructors even
teach one-on-one with their clients in their homes.
Learning
Yoga is a challenge for some, but the rewards not only help
your physical body, but it teaches you relaxation and positive
mental health.
